Berryland Sweet Corn
We are proud of our delicious Sweet Corn which has made a wonderful reputation for itself.
We pick our Sweet Corn Fresh every few hours so you get the quality fresh Sweet Corn all through the day - all the time - every time.
We encourage you to taste it raw right at our selling wagon so you can experience the unique excellent taste and see the large ears. Our Sweet Corn is sold on both East and West Frontage locations.

Sweet Corn Recipes:
Corn Chowder
4 slices bacon, finely chopped
1 small onion, finely chopped
4 medium-size potatoes, cut in cubes
Water
2 C. fresh corn-off-cob, including scrapings, or 2 C. cream-style corn
2 C. rich milk or light cream plus additional for a thinner soup
Salt to taste
Black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp. curry powder (optional)
In heavy covered saucepan, over medium heat, saute bacon until brown and crisp. With slotted spoon remove to another pan, reserve. In same saucepan, using bacon drippings, saute onions until transparent but not browned., 6 to 8 minutes. Add potatoes and enough water to barely cover potatoes; cover saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat to low boil and cook until nearly tender. Uncover and evaporate water. Lightly mash potatoes, add corn and milk. While stirring, heat until hot. Check seasoning and add bacon. Serve with small oyster or soda crackers.
